Textile Whitening Agent(standard white)is a fluorescent brightener used for polyester fiber and its blended fabrics, its core function is to neutralize the natural yellow light of polyester by absorbing ultraviolet light and emitting blue-violet fluorescence, so as to achieve the neutral whiteness effect of "whitening without color cast".

【Product features】

【Application】

Textile Whitening Agent(standard white) is mainly suitable for whitening and brightening polyester fiber and its blended fabrics, especially for whitening polyester fiber knitting at low temperature (95-100°C).

【How to use】

1. Low-temperature adsorption and impregnation method

Dosage: 0.3~0.7% (o.w.f)

Liquor ratio: 1:10~20

Dyeing temperature: 95~100°C

Dyeing time: 30~40 minutes PH value: 4.5~5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

Process: Add additives, acetic acid (adjust pH: 4.5~5.5) and brightener to the dyeing bath according to the formula, and the temperature is raised to 95~100 °C at a rate of 2~3 °C per minute, and the constant temperature is 30~40 minutes → Cooling → Washing → It can be dehydrated and dried (80~100°C), and its whiteness can meet user requirements. If the user has setting equipment, it can be washed and dehydrated, pre-dried (80~100 °C), baked (170~175 °C, 30~40 seconds), and its whiteness effect will be better.

2. Pad dyeing dosage: 1.5~4g/L

Process: two immersion and two rolling (rolling rate 70%)→ pre-drying (100 °C) → baking and shaping (175~180 °C, 30 seconds).

3. High temperature and high pressure dipping method

Dosage: 0.2~0.5% (o.w.f)

Liquor ratio: 1:10~20

Dyeing temperature: 120~130°C

Dyeing time: 30~60 minutes

PH value: 4.5~5.5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

【Precautions】

If the suspension is found to be precipitated and stratified, it can be used only by shaking evenly, which will not affect the use effect. Note that the use of this product within the yellowing spot, that is, pad dyeing ≤ 5 g/L, dip dyeing ≤ 0.8% (o.w.f). If the amount of yellowing point is exceeded, it is easy to yellow.

【Storage and packaging】

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sun and rain, and the shelf life is 6 months;

2. Polyethylene plastic drum, lined with plastic bag, 125KG per drum.
