Stainless steel flange globe valve is a commonly used pipeline control device, mainly used to control the flow of fluids. Its core function is to precisely control the on/off of fluids, ensuring the safe operation of equipment. The opening and closing components of stainless steel flange globe valves are plug shaped valve discs, with a flat or conical sealing surface. The valve disc moves linearly along the centerline of the valve seat.
Working principle
Stainless steel flange globe valves rely on valve stem pressure to tightly fit the sealing surface of the valve disc with the sealing surface of the valve seat, thereby preventing medium flow. When the valve stem is driven by external manipulation (such as a handwheel or electric device), the valve disc will move along the axis of the valve seat, changing its position and opening or closing the passage. Specifically, when the valve stem is rotated, the valve disc will rise against the direction of the fluid, allowing the fluid to pass through and achieve valve opening; On the contrary, the valve disc falls down, blocking the fluid and achieving the purpose of cutoff.
Structural characteristics
The stainless steel flange globe valve consists of main components such as the body, valve disc, valve stem, and sealing ring. The valve disc is a key component, usually made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel material, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Excellent sealing performance, often using soft or hard sealing materials such as graphite, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc., ensuring the sealing reliability of the valve under various working conditions. In addition, the valve body is designed with pressure relief holes to prevent accidental leakage caused by excessive internal pressure of the valve.

It has a wide temperature range, from -29 ° C to+570 ° C, and a nominal pressure range of 1.6MPa to 16.0MPa. Suitable for various media such as water, oil, steam, gas, etc.
