Stainless steel vacuum baffle valve is a type of valve used in vacuum systems, mainly for opening or cutting off airflow. Its working principle is executed by a cylinder, and the electromagnetic directional valve changes the direction of the air path, driving the valve rod to move up and down, thereby achieving the opening or closing of the valve plate
There are two types of shaft seal structures for stainless steel vacuum baffle valves: GDQ-J fluororubber seal and GDQ-J (b) bellows seal
Structural characteristics
Stainless steel vacuum baffle valves typically consist of a valve body, valve plate, shaft seal, and drive device. The valve body material is stainless steel, the valve plate material is oxygen free copper, and the sealing material at the shaft seal is stainless steel bellows
This design ensures that the valve can maintain good sealing performance even in high temperature environments (less than 400 ℃)
Application scenarios
Stainless steel vacuum baffle valves are widely used in various vacuum systems, especially in situations that require high vacuum environments. Due to its corrosion resistance and long lifespan, it is suitable for handling air and non corrosive gases, as well as water vapor and certain corrosive gases
