BDCV high torque multi-disc pneumatic clutch is based on BDC pneumatic clutch. It is equiped with three pieces of belt grooves, it is convenient for power driving. There are two models of this clutch: BDCV-50 and BDCV-100. Their clutch torque is 500N.m and 1000N.m in separately.

BDCV model Air multiple friction plates clutch engagement by air pressure, no slippage, connecting stable. Integrated structure can transmit high torque in compact size, it is suitable for high-speed engagement and rotating. Clutch started after driven motor (end) linked with driving motor by air pressure, make sure driven motor load start and stop, simplify operation, reduce impact to driven motor(end) and improve driven motor (end) stability and prolong driven motor’s service life.
