Fresh-keeping principle： 1-MCP has the effect to restrain ethylene coming from fruit and vegetable or from outside source so as to keep fresh. It can extend freshness time to 2-3 times than previous storage condition.
Product function：This product possesses function of keeping fresh for fruit and vegetable which are sensitive to ethylene, easy to use.
Application: Normally in tote bin (Handling box )of fruit and vegetable, as well as in cold storage for hard fruit (such as apple).
Note: for after-ripening soft fruit (such as kiwi fruit, mango),it is not suitable to put the fruit box with fresh-keeping sachet into the cold storage due to the reason that the fresh-keeping sachet is inconvenient to be taken out can affect after-ripening of fruit.
Fruits:apple,pear,kiwifruit,peach,persimmon,apricot,cherry,plum, grape,melon,jujube,water melon,banana,mango,loquat,bayberry,
haw apple, blueberry, papaya,guava, star fruit,sugar orange,
pitaya(dragon fruit) and other fruits.
Vegetables: tomato, potato,garlic, pepper, broccoli, cabbage, eggplant, cucumber, bamboo shoots, beans, cabbage, bitter gourd, coriander, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, celery, green pepper, carrots and other vegetables;
In Perforated carton or tote bin with plastic bag or plastic film, Put fresh-keeping sachet in the center of fruit and vegetable, and then make tight seal;
Red sachet can treat 0.03-0.05m³
Green sachet can handle 0.06-0.1m³

Note: based on maturity at harvest time of banana and mango,please contact our support staff for treatment solution.
Processing temperature and time: processing 36-48 hours under 0-5℃,
24-30 hours under 13-15℃,
10-12 hours under 25℃ or so.
1 Maturity of fruit must be 80%-90%;
2 The fresh-picked fruits must be treated within 12 hours under room temperature; if being put into cold storage in the day of picking, it must be subject to fresh-keeping process in 6 days, preventing ethylene coming from itself which can affect the fresh-keeping effect;
3 For after-ripening fruit, such as kiwi fruit, banana and mango, the processing time with 1-MCP should not be too long, if not, the longer softening period affects edible.
Shelf life of TaixianTM fruit & vegetable fresh-keeping sachet: Shelf-life can be kept as long as 1 year in dry place before opening aluminum foil bag package.
