Our Fresh Expert TM  fresh keeping powder  is a kind of white powder,the active ingredient 1-MCP is wrapped by α- cyclodextrin. It’s  Non - toxic to people and eco-friendly. The US Environment Agency has exempted the restriction of it. In recent years, it grows to new and the most popular preservative, and which has been widely used for fruit , vegetable and flower preservation in developed countries.

Preservation principle and function

Due to similar structure between 1-MCP and the natural plant hormone ethylene. 1-MCP can bind to ethylene receptor first so as to block effect of ethylene on plant. and it is widely used for slowing down the ripening of fruits and vegetables and to help maintain the freshness of cut flowers.

1-MCP has good function to the fruit and vegetable that is sensitive to ethylene , and it is very easily to use.

Application

It can be widely used in different kinds of large-scale cold storehouse, air conditioning storage and other fruits&vegetables warehouse.

Instruction

• Set the required temperature based on different varieties fruits.

• It would be better to storage the fresh-picked fruits at the same day.If not available, the maximum harvest -to-application interval should be 7 days, otherwise it will affect the preservative function of 1-MCP.

•    If there is plastic bag in tote bin,must make a hole about 2cm on the plastic bag,  to make sure 1-MCP go into the bag inside.

• Place the open container in the middle of the warehouse ,add some water or solution ;

 1-MCP  usage:

for hard fruit, such as apple, 1 gram 1-MCP powder can effect 10 - 15 cubic; For after-ripening fruit,  such  as kiwi, 1 gram can effect 20 - 30 cubic.

Suitable for:

Fruits:apple,pear,kiwifruit,peach,persimmon,apricot,cherry,plum, grape,melon,jujube,water melon,banana,mango,loquat,bayberry,

haw apple, blueberry, papaya,guava, star fruit,sugar orange,

pitaya(dragon fruit) and other fruits.

Vegetables: tomato, potato,garlic, pepper, broccoli, cabbage, eggplant, cucumber, bamboo shoots, beans, cabbage, bitter gourd, coriander, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, celery, green pepper, carrots and other vegetables.
