Invented in 1982, neodymium magnets had become the most popular commercial magnet materials in the market place. Neodymium magnets are available in both sintered and bonded forms,  bonded neodymium magnet are with complex shapes and low magnetic properties, Sintered neodymium magnets are with the highest Br, relatively high Hc and high BHmax,but cannot form complex shapes.Shine magnetics are mainly produce sintered neodymium magne.

Main producing process of neodymium magnet




Sintering:The sintering procedure, were processed in a sintering furnace under 800~1300 vacuum environments.


Tolorance:Neodymium magnets had been grounded before they were magnetized.We could produce magnets with standard tolerances for magnets from the range +/-0.07, +/-0.05, +/-0.03, +/-0.02.


Magnetization:the procedure are processed with magnetization machine which have a magnetic feild ranged from 2~100 koe.


Plating: Neodymium magnets had been treated with electrical plating,otherwise it will rust in the air. Platings that have been successfully applied to neodymium magnets are epoxy plating,nickel plating,NICUNI plating,zinc palting and even silver plating and gold plating.


Working temperature:N35~N52 neodymium magnets are low coercivity grade,which will begin to lose magnetism if heated above 80C. High coercivity grade N30~33AH have been developed to a working temperatures up to 240C. Please refer to the magnetism sheet and find the most suitable grade.
