FRPM pipe, mortar-filled and sand doped/inclusion glassfiber reinforced plastic jacking pipe
FRPM pipe uses resin(food grade resin required for drinking water transportation), fiberglass and quartz sand as material, produced by special technology. The working temperature of FRPM pipe is ≤80︒C and applicable in various soil as below applications:
1. Drinking water transportation;
2. Sewage disposal and blow down;
3. Seawater transportation;
4. Pipe for circulating water in power plants;
5. Corrosive medium transportation in chemical companies;
6. Oil and gas transportation;
7. Agricultural irrigation.

FRPM pipe compositions:
1. Inside liner: called seepage-proofing and anti-corrosion layer, consists of 90% resin and 10% surfacing mat, with thichness of 1.5~2.5mm on the basis of sizes and pressure requirement
2. Transition layer: consists of 2 layers chopped strand mat and 75±5% resin, to prevent capillarity
3. Sand dopped/inclusion layer: It's the fiberglass winding layer and key for product strength, with quartz sand inclusion/dopped and 30±5% resin
4. Protection or outside liner: consists of 100% resin and with thickness of 0.25~0.5mm, this layer contains flexibilizer and inhibitor to prevent the corrosion from corrosive medium in the soil
