Equipment Introduction

     Purified water production system can have direct effect to the water which in pharmaceutical products area. Purified water production system belongs to main system in GMP. The reverse osmosis and EDI equipment are widely used in pharmaceutical factory. The reverse osmosis can be called as inverse osmosis, it is opposite to the osmosis. The osmosis means the liquid flow from dilute solution side to concentrated solution side, the reverse osmosis means the water is flow from concentrated solution side to dilute solution side under a certain pressure, this process is no automatically. EDI means continuous electric desalination technology, this technology is combined with electroosmosis technology and ion exchange technology, to achieve ions directional migration under the electric field, then remove the salt. EDI device is equiped behind the reverse osmosis system. Use the reverse osmosis system and EDI system, the water can reach to 16MΩ•CM, there has no acid base, it is working automatically.

Controlling the RO+EDI devices by water level in pure water storage tank. In order to reduce the biological sediment on RO membrane, the system is always stay in production mode or recycle mode.

7. Use softener in pre-treatment process

Instead of adding antisludging agent, we use softener in pre-treatment process, the purpose is avoid to use chemical medicine during the production.

    8. Double pre-treatment system

    According to customer requirements, we can equip double pre-treatment equipment, to make sure the production be continuously.

    9. RO reverse osmosis component

We use HYDECANME brand and DOW brand component, so the equipment has good quality.

Our company recommend to use thermal disinfection RO reverse osmosis component, this kind of component can withstand pasteurization, not only don’t use chemical medicine during the production but also during cleaning process and disinfection process.

    10. EDI module

    Recommended to use thermal disinfection module. This module can act hot water disinfection. EDI module and thermal disinfection can form a purification water system without any chemical medicine.

    11. Pumps and valve

The pump and valve is movement component, so we need to use good quality and performance products.

    12. The key instruments and automatic control

      According to different technology solution, we equiped different instruments and control device.

     The common control configuration is PLC with HMI, we can equip many test instrument like conductivity, temperature, flow and pressure, then can achieve the following functions, operation and controlling of RO device, backwashing operation and controlling of pre-treatment system

Using argon gas protection automatic track welding technology, welding technology is mature, welding data will be formed during the welding process.

Polishing and passivation

According to the requirements of ASME BPE and ISPE guidance, we do mechanical polishing, electrolytic polishing and passivation treatment in the GMP key points under the standard regulation, after processing the surface of the sample will be detected and recorded.
