Filter system

1. Summary

    Namely we often say sand filter tank, carbon filter, softener, disc filter, strainer filter and filter element and other conventional water purification ways. Its working principle is through the combination of one or several conventional purification equipment, with the purpose of removal the suspended solids particulate matter, colloid, bacteria, virus, disagreeable tastes & odors, hardness, ferromanganese impurities in groundwater, surface water or municipal secondary supplying water, then to make the water quality reach a certain standard, general according with the standard of tap water.

2. Features

  A. According to different water quality situation, the user can choose how to combine the equipment.
  B. Automatic control mode and manual control, easy operation, stable running, no need of professional operation personnel.
  C. Small equipment investment, small floor space, long continuous operation period.
  D. The equipment can be connected tandem or shunt-wound freely, combination is simple.
  E. Filter material replacement cycle is long, not easy to affected by the inlet water quality, quality of out water is stability.

4. Filtering system

  A. Quartz sand filter, called as sand filter tank or multimedium filter, common filter material are pebbles, quartz sand, anthracite, etc.
    Main function: use the adsorption function from filter medium filtration , to remove particulate matter, colloid, suspended solids, mud sand rust, etc.in raw water.

  B. Iron manganese filters: called as manganese sand tank, common filter material are efficient manganese sand.
    Main functions: manganese sand tank is currently the most advanced technique to remove iron and manganese, the main technological process is doing oxidation for ferrous manganese ion in raw water, after oxidation, the raw water will pass manganese sand layer, using the surface biochemical characteristics of manganese sand, remove the iron manganese ions.

  C. Activated carbon filter, called as the carbon filter, common filter material are activated carbon (activated carbon is divided into wood charcoal, nut shell charcoal, coconut shell carbon etc.).
    Main functions: using the filtration and adsorption function from activated carbon , remove the impurities such as residual chlorine, Disagreeable tastes & odors, heavy metals which are in the raw water.

  D. Resin softening filter: called as the resin tank, common filter material are sodium ion exchange resin.
    Main functions: using the resin adsorption properties, when the water pass the filter, the calcium and magnesium ions will be removed, then the water will becomes soft. This process is a reversible process, the exchanger has no structure changing, so the exchange resin is recycling utilization for resources.
