Super fluffy and softening finishing agent

Super fluffy soft silicon oil is a high cost-effective treatment agent of our company. It not only gives the textile and garment good softness, fleeciness and smoothness, but also largely solves the traditional problems ( yellowing, shearing stability and heat migration etc. ). This agent applies to all kinds of treatment, specially to chemical fibers, cotton/chemical fibers blends, wool, artificial wool and polyester polar fleece.

1.This agent has linear molecule structure,and it gives the textile naturally soft, fluffy and smooth hand feel.
2.This agent was modified by resistance amino function, the treated textile has the lowest yellowing ability.
3.This agent can be used with crease-resist resin and its catalyzer in the same bath.
4.This agent can improve the textile sew ability.
5.The emulsion of this agent has good shearing stability.
6.This agent is APEO chemicals free, and meets the environment protective requirement.
7.This agent can keep stable in high temperature and high PH value.
8.This agent can be used in dipping, nipping and jet overflowing process.
9.This agent has durable washing resistance.
 
 
Applicable range
 
Apply to softness treatment of chemical fibers, cotton/ chemical fibers blends, wool, artificial wool and polyester polar fleece.
 
 
Application
 
Super fluffy soft silicon oil applies to formal dipping, nipping or spraying process.
S ested PH value of liquor: 5~6, to reach the best stability and treatment effect.
S ested dosage: 10~30g/l
Dry the treated textile with Super fluffy soft silicon oil, without any special curing.
