Super Resist Printing Powder V8

Resist printing powder V8 is a concentrated and multifunctional activator of solid surface and is used for processes of desizing, washing and cleaning. In order to prevent fabric dye from being contaminated back by various dyes (especially indigo) and impurities, it provides superior dispersion performance, making pocket more white, contrast of blue and white colors more vivid and especially anti-string color effect better in mixed colors. It can be used with acidity enzymes and neutral enzymes.

Application Reference
1. Fabric desizing:
While removing the starch slurry and chemical pulp in desizing, replace ordinary detergent with V8 which has same weight with fabric of 0.5% -2.0%.
2. Fabric abrasive cleaning:
 V8 can be used in abrasive cleaning process of cellulose to improve the contrast of blue and white as well as overall appearance of clothing. Under normal circumstances, the recommended dosage for the V8 is fabric weight of 0.5% -2.0%.
3. Fabric washing:
Because V8 has excellent dispersed washing ability, it can be used for back washing or printing soaping of a variety of fabrics, especially mixed colors or dyed fabric.
