Structure: The diatomiter filter is mainly consisted by body, jackshaft, filter plate, screen, air valve, glass mirror, etc.

All the components which touch the food  are all made by stainless steel. The link part of the body is sealed by rubber sealing ring to make it easy to be disassembled and cleaned.

Principle:                     

Filter plates are placed from top to the bottom in the chamber, filter screen is on the upper filter plate, the bottom also has one SS shoe plate, and filtration collection chamber in the middle;diatomaceous earth must be daubed before the machine working so that to create diatomaceous strata, when theliquid gets into the machine, solid and high polymer be blocked in the diatomaceous strata, clarified liquid gets into the collection chamber, going through the jackshaft and then flowing out the machine.
