2BE3 series water ring vacuum pump and compressor

2BE3 series water ring vacuum pumps are the products with high efficiency and energy saving,which are manufactured by our company combining with the advanced technology of the imported products. They not only can save energy, but also suitable for long-term use and operation.
Run in the rough vacuum condition, liquid ring pump working conditions are often extremely harsh . 2BE3 series products are designed for suction various gases.They can be widely used in coal mine, electric factory, petroleum and chemical industry, food processing and so on.

2BE3 can be used with various actuating devices,such as belt transmission, gear box, synchromotor, variable-frequence governor etc. In addition, in order to save space, more than two or at most four sets of the 2BE3 series pumps can be driven by one motor simultaneously.When set a middle wall in the casing,the left and right parts of 2BE3 can run under different vacuum respectively and the pressure tolerance between the two sides is lower than 80kP,one pump completely can work like two .This feature further enhances the operational flexibility of 2BE3 vacuum pump.

Main features:

1, Check the gap, corrosion status, fouling situation by the big inspection port on both sides of the pump cover.
2, 2BE3 vacuum pump set the suction and discharge flanges both on the top and sides with the same diameter in the manufacture,on-site installation is more flexible and convenient.

3, All bearings adopt the imported Japanese NSK to ensure impeller precision orientation and high stability during the running.

4, The material of the impeller is welded with nodular iron or steel to ensure the high stability when the pump works in any hard conditions and raise the lifetime of the pump greatly.
5, The shaft bushing as the most easily damaged part ,our shaft bushing is made of stainless steel to raise the lifetime of the pump 5 times than normal material.

6, The pulley(the pump is droved by the belt) adopts standard high precise taper bushing pulley to keep the reliable running and raise the lifetime,also it is easy to dismantle
7, The pump body is made of steel or stainless steel plates to raise the lifetime of the pump.

8, All castings adopt resin sand with great quality,no puttying.Keep the heat dissipation is the best.

9. Specialdesign to set the separator above the pump can save the space and reduce the noise.
10. The mechanical seals(optional) adopt imported parts to fully ensure the pump in the long-running process without leakage.

Notes:

1, The motor recommended above can work under most conditions.Ex:The exhaust pressure exceeds the range of 0.02-0.05Mpa,then increase the motor.If the shaft power of 2BE3 vacuum pump is minor in normal working,also can choice the motor with lower power near to the shaft power can save more energy.
2, Above pump speed are only for reference , The actual speed is confirmed according to the transmission type and the customer's requirements..
3, The optional speeds of 2BE3 400/420 pumps driven with belt :327/349/393/446/475/498/527rpm.
4, 2BE3 500 pumps driven with belt above are not recommended to use.
5, The installation size of reduction machine confirmed by the revolution speed is confirmed and supplier reducer is confirmed.
6, The above suction amount is the maximum amount. Actual pumping rate changes with the suction pressure,please refer to the performance curve.
7, Notes： The water temperature greatly affects the performance of the pump. but the performance curve of the pump is obtained under water temperature at 15℃,so when select the vacuum pump in practice ,the suction amount should be corrected.Correction method refer to:the water temperature impacts on performance of the pump.
