Operational principle:

First set the highest and lowest vacuum limit of the vacuum system(EX:set the highest limit is -0.08MPa,set the lowest limit is -0.06MPa).when the system starts ,one of the vacuum pump starts to work till the vacuum in the tank is higher than -0.08MPa,then the pump automatically stops and the vacuum automatic cut-off by the vacuum check valve.As work requirements as a result of the vacuum falls below -0.06MPa,another pump starts automatically till the vacuum reaches to -0.08MPa.So the repeated automatically operation to keep the vacuum always between the highest and the lowest value.If the suction amount is required greater,or the vacuum in the tank is below the lowest value for a period, , so a single vacuum pump can not reach the lowest limit above and another pump will automatically start till the vacuum become higher than the highest value.
