PRODUCT FEATURES

1.    Pump design and manufacture meet standard API 610. Direction of rotation is counter clockwise viewed from suction nozzle, centerline support type casing.

2.    SES series chemical pump applied advanced hydraulic software to ensure reliable operation, long time service life and high efficiency.

3.    Lubrication of bearing: pump lubricated eith oil and equipped with a large oil chamber for a long time service life.

4.    Impeller can be closed or semi-open type.

5.    Shaft sealing: seal chamber comply with standard API610 and API682 to make sure a reliable operation and long time service life.

6.    Rigid shafting structure and enough allowance on shaft diameter, tolerance of rotator radial runout less than 0.02mm that can ensure a reliable rotator quality and operation.

APPLICATION

The pump is used in petrol smelting, petrochemical refining, chemical processing of coal, oil-conveying engineering, cryogenic engineering, pharmacy industry, chemical fiber industry, salt industry, alkali industry, sea engineering, environment protection, power engineering, smelting industry and so on. It conveys every kind of corrosive liquid, such as vitriol, nitric acid and phosphoric acid in a variety of concentration and temperature and other inorganic acid, sodium hydroxide solution and sodium carbonate solution  in a variety of concentration and temperature and other alkaline solution, various salt solution, petrochemical products and so on. FZAO pump can be used to convey the medium with solid particles, suspended particles and crystalline particles.

PRODUCT FEATURES

     The casing of SZA and SZAO pump is supported by the foot. The casing of SZE pump is supported in the centerline and SZE has cooling circulation. SZA and SZE pump has closed impeller while SZAO has open impeller. The bearing support has three types: wind cooling, air cooling and water cooling. They bear different maximal temperatures: air cooling fin ≤120°C, fan cooling fin 120°C~250°C, water cooling jacket＞250°C.

APPLICATION

PRODUCT FEATURES

    It's a single stage horizontal centrifugal pump. The liquid is sucked axially and is discharged vertically upside. It has back pullout structure and the wearing parts can be replaced without disassembling the pipeline. The material option can be various. The material with best price and performance is used according to different corrosive fluid. The seal types are also different, such as mechanical seal and packing seal. According to the structure, the mechanical seal can be inside mounted type, outside mounted type, balancing type, non-balancing type, single end, double ends(arranging type 2 and 3). The coupling is flexible pin coupling. Diaphragm coupling and other kinds of couplings can also be used. The pump has high efficiency and the efficient zone is wide. The impeller can be cut for many times to meet the requirement of the users and energy-saving effect is remarkable.

PRODUCT FEATURES

    CHEM and CHEM-C series are small size of HC pump. Its performance is completely the same with the corresponding size of HC pump. They are first preferred in common sizes of HC pump. They are single stage horizontal centrifugal pumps, sucking axially and discharging vertically upside. The pump is back pullout structure and the wearing parts can be repaired without disassembling the pipeline. The pump material is stainless steel AISI316. The difference of CHEM and CHEM-C is mainly the seal type: CHEM-C uses standard single or double cartridge mechanical seal; CHEM uses inside mounted single mechanical seal without cover. Both the impellers of CHEM and CHEM-C are closed type. They are efficient and have balancing holes to balance axial force.

APPLICATION

SAD pump is mainly used to convey the hot oil maximal to 350° without solid particles inside or other high-temperature medium with low vapor pressure, such as hot fluid in diathermia of medical treatment.

 

PRODUCT FEATURES

SAD pump is back pullout structure and is easy to disassemble and maintain. It sucks axially and discharges vertically. The special structure makes it need no external compulsory cooling device and be able to convey the hot oil up to 350° only depending on natural cooling outside. The plain bearing and rolling bearing are used. The plain bearing is lubricated by the fluid itself. The rolling bearing is lubricated by grease and bears the rest axial force. Special throttling device ensures the mechanical seal and the bearings to be used normally when the pump conveys high temperature fluid. The pump runs steadily with low noise, little vibration and long lifetime.

APPLICATION

SHV pump is used in every kind of chemical process for conveying corrosive and even erosive liquid. It can also convey the fluid with some viscosity. It’s applicable in chemical, pharmacy, cosmetics and textile industry and so on. It’s also suitable to deliver clean fluid in general industry.

 

PRODUCT FEATURES

It's a vertical pump and vertically installed in pool or pit. Supporting shafting is a pair of angular contact ball bearings in the bearing box above the mounting plate and different quantity of plain bearings under the mounting plate with the increase of the shaft length. External flushing water can be used to flush and lubricate the plain bearings if the pump conveys micro-polluted fluid or the fluid with small quantity of particles. The flow of the flushing water is usually 0.5~2.0m3/h and the pressure is 0.3~0.5MPa. Different seal types can be used when the fluid is toxic, flammable or explosive, such as single and double mechanical sea, etc.
