APPLICATION

    SEA pump is used in heating supply, hot water and freezing circulation in central air-conditioning system, in fire fighting, industrial water supply, urban water supply, irrigation, refrigeration (glycol), compression system, water treatment equipment and light hydrocarbon treatment.

PRODUCT FEATURES

SEA pump is horizontal, end suction and back pullout structure. It’s easy to maintain because it can be repaired without disassembling the pipeline. SEA pump uses big size oil-lubricated bearing which can run steadily for long time. Bearing options are various. Double row angular contact bearing mates cylindrical roller bearing, or uses double deep groove ball bearings. The shaft seal can be mechanical seal or packing seal. The impeller has axial balancing hole which can reduce axial force effectively and prolong the lifetime of the bearing. The coupling is coupled by flexible pin. The lengthened shaft coupling and diaphragm coupling, etc can also be used. The pump is efficient and the efficient zone is wide. The energy-saving effect is remarkable. The impeller can be cut for many times to meet the requirement of the user. The pump also has low noise and little vibration. It can run steadily and has long lifetime. It looks novel and nice and the structure is compact.

The material of the flow passage parts: Cast iron HT250 or nodular cast iron QT500-7 or QT450-18 or cast steel ZG230-450, etc.

APPLICATION

SER and SED are mainly used in cool water and hot water circulation in air conditioning and heat supply system, in industrial water supply, fire fighting, drainage and irrigation, refrigerating machines liquid circulation, water treatment equipment, light hydrocarbon conveying and drinking water system and so on.

PRODUCT FEATURES

SER pump is monoblock structure who uses the same shaft with the motor. SED pump shaft is connected to the motor shaft directly. Both SER and SED are single stage horizontal end suction centrifugal pumps. The pumps are back pullout structure and the wearing parts can be replaced without disassembling the pipeline. Their seal types are mechanical seal. The pumps have compact structure and take small area. They also run steadily with low noise, little vibration and has long lifetime.

APPLICATION

   SAV pump is mainly used in general industries for conveying clean fluid, such as clean water, firefighting water, industrial water, municipal water and irrigation water. The pump is also used in pressure boosting system, water treatment and light hydrocarbon treatment and so on.

PRODUCT FEATURES

    The pump is vertical structure. It is vertically installed in the pool or pit. Supporting shafting is a pair of angular contact ball bearings inside the bearing box above the mounting plate and different quantity of plain bearings under the mounting plate with the increase of the shaft length. When the pump conveys micro-polluted fluid or the fluid with small quantity of particles, external flushing water can be used to flush and lubricate the plain bearing. The flow of the flushing water is usually 0.5~2m3/h and the pressure is 0.3~0.5MPa. No shaft sealing device is needed in normal supply.
