Silicone rubber pad usually used for Traditional lamination in FPC industry, it’s a highly reactive absorbent materials, it is one kind of non crystal matter. Its Chemical formula is mSiO2.nH2O. It insoluble in water and any solvent, non-toxic and tasteless, has stable chemical properties, except strong alkali and hydrofluoric, it never interact with anything. Its chemical structure and physical structure, determine that it has many features can go beyond the similar materials, such as high adsorption capacity, good thermal stability, stable chemical properties, with high mechanical strength and so on.

There are many kinds of colors of Siliconerubber pad, such as gray, green, white, black, blue and so on. It is widely used in PCB traditional laminated, FPC flexible circuit board, copper-clad laminate and so on.

 Technological conditions:

1. Usage temperature:160~190°C
2. Pressing pressure:≤100kg/cm2
3. Pressing frequency：60sec/t

  Under the regular service condition, 10000 times need to change

Use Release film, special carton, inside one bag dry powder and aseismatic foam
