Single silicon release film is　a common　material of heat transfer printing, substrate is PET, after coating silicone oil, so is also called silicone oil membrane. Our products through anti-static and anti-scratch processing have good adsorption and laminating. And, our product is a polymer plastic film, its surface has good reparability, it has no sticky or slightly sticky after contact with particular material under limited conditions. Usually, in order to increase the separation of plastic film, PET film would be treated, or painted silicone release agent on the membrane's surface, consequently, it can shows very slight and stable separability. Consequently, it can shows very slight and stable separation for many different organic pressure sensitive emulsion (such as Acrylic Adhesive). According to the different requirements of the Release film, the separability can be adjusted. 

Single silicon release film is mainly used for FPC flexible circuit boards, to protect the FPC products circuit break, crumple, stain, plastic overflow during the manufacturing process. In addition, Single silicon release film also used in Copper Clad Laminate industry，laminated industry, Die cut industry, food packaging and so on.

Operating steps: 
1. Cut the film into which dimension you need ; 
2. Brush on the FPC surface with brush(or suck with suction gun) 
3. Put it in its correct place, and stacked fixed 
4. After composite, send it to press operation 

Technology condition: 
Fast pressure temperature condition: 160℃-180℃; Pressure: 30-50kg/㎝2 pre-press: 5-10sec; Pressed: 60~180sec; Ostwald: 175℃/2hr 

Packing: 
Plastic film packing, every 3000 pieces for a special carton, wooden pallets transport 

Preservation condition: 
Temperature: < 25 ℃;Humidity: < 65%;Save time: 36 months.
