Rubber accelerator MZ(ZMBT)

Properties:

Light yellow powder,slightly bitter,non-toxic,the relative density of1.70(25c).Dispersion temperature 300c.Soluble in chloroform,acetone,benzene,partly soluble in ethanol,carbon tetrachloride,insoluble in gasoline,water and ethyl acetate.Storage stability.Case of acid or alkali solution decomposition.

Application:

high vulcanization accelerator and does not have rubber dyeing.For NR,IR,BR.SBR,EPDM and latex.For dry rubber having the same performance as the M and low caking.For latex system has moderate activity and generally used with ultra-accelerator.Difficult to produce early curing,curing flatness wider.For latex system has the function of adjusting the viscosity.Suitable for injection molding and foam rubber products.Safe operation,easy to disperse,no pollution,no disscoloration when combined with the TP aging.Mainy used in the manufacture of tires,hoses,shoes,tape and other general industrial products.

Storage:

The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight.
