Rubber accelerator PZ(ZDMC)

Properties:

White powder,odorless,non-toxic.The relative density of 1.66, soluble in dilute alkali,carbon disulfide,benzene,acetone and methylene chloride,slightly soluble in chloroform,insouluble in ethanol,carbon tetrachloride,ethyl acetate.

Application:

natural rubber and synthetic rubber latex with ultra accelerator and accelerator with the general,especially suitable for the requirements of the compression deformation of butyl rubber and anti-aging properties of nitrile rubber,also suitable for EPDM rubber,curing temperature100c,activityand TMTD similar.but strong activity at low temperatures scorch tendency of large mixing easily cause an easy cure.This product thiazole sulfenamide accelerator with activation ,can be used as a second accelerator.When used DM, with the increased use of DM,scorch resistance also increases.As tasteless,non-toxic,no pollution,no color, it is applied to tape,food and pharmaceutical rubber products.In the US,ZDMC has been approved by the FDA.In EPDM rubber,butyl rubber and other products the effect is significant.

Storage:

The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight.
