Star-shape Discharge Valve
The Star-shape discharge valve is also known as impeller feeder, rotary discharge and so on. It is use for building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, electric power, and other departments, as de-dusting equipments and unloading equipments in various mills, dryers, silos and other devices.
Structure feature: the valve adopts welded-steel plate construction; blade is good wear-resisting, blades and shell’s hole connect gapless and function as locking wind for material. When the rigid impeller feeder’s gear motor stopped running, the material also stops flowing. Blades and shafts connect rigidly, and with compact structure, reliable working, light and energy saving.
Working theory: the valve is composed by valve body, transmission shaft, blade, speed reducer and so on. 
When the upper devices convey material to the discharging feeder and enter into impeller separated wheel. The gear motor drives impeller rotating shaft and impeller rotating and finishes feeding and discharging material.
