DLD/DLM Solid flow meter

Description 
DLD/DLM solid flow meter is manufactured by German SHENCK’s technology. It can be used in free flowing bulk material feeding device that measuring granularity <5mm, temperature <100℃, moisture ≤1%. It is mainly suitable for material flowing process seal or other unsuitable occasion due to restricted installation, temperature and so on. It has strong adaptability, stable performance, high reliability, strong anti-jamming ability. It is widely used in building material, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal and light industry, etc.
1.    Main properties
(1), Weighing range：  DLD/DLM 2.5   40~120m³/h
                    DLD/DLM 5.0   80~300m³/h      
                    DLD/DLM 6.5   200~600 m³/h
(2), Weighing accuracy：  DLD ±1% in the range of 20%~100%
                      DLM ±2% in the range of 20%~100%
(3), DLD: The series of product takes setting value as standard, compares actual feeding volume with setting valve according to weighing result, makes actual feeding volume follow setting valve by adjusting pre-feeder’s feeding volume and displays instantaneous flow rate and the cumulative quantity.
  DLM: The series of product weighs through material and displays instantaneous flow rate and the cumulative quantity to output correlating signal.
(4), In the condition of power-off, parameters permanently saved, the data saved for 10 years.

2, Control system
DLD: Micro-control instrument uses the VEG20610 of SHENCK or independently developed LCXK instrument through introducing technology of German SCHENCK. It can communicate with host computer, has printer’s interface. It can realize many functions of keyboard setting, external start and stop, malfunction alarm, data protection under power-off and so on. The instrument has perfect functions, such as automatic tare weight remove, automatic calibration and high anti-jamming ability
DLM: Micro-control instrument uses the VEG20610 of SHENCK or independently developed LCXK instrument through introducing technology of German SCHENCK. It can communicate with host computer, has printer’s interface. It can realize many functions of keyboard setting, malfunction alarm, data protection under power-off and so on. The instrument has perfect functions, such as automatic tare weight remove, automatic calibration and high anti-jamming ability
