Rubber joint is also called: flexible rubber joint, rubber soft connection, and soft rubber joint, rubber compensator, rubber shock hose, rubber shock reducer, is one kind of high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather ability pipe fittings.

 Rubber joint consists of outer rubber, inner rubber, framework layer, and reinforcing bar and flange. Relying on rubber’s special performances as long range elasticity, air impermeability, medium, climate and radiation resistance, rubber joint can reduce the vibration and noise of pipeline, and can be caused by the temperature change of heat bilges cold shrink compensation effect.

 (2) introduction of double sphere rubber joint

 Compared with single sphere rubber joint, double sphere rubber joint’s advantages are its displacement is larger,instantaneous pressure on the larger deformation and so on, especially when installed in the export part of the pump. When the pump starts, instantaneous pressure is much higher than working pressure; double sphere rubber joint will reflect its advantages. Larger displacement and lower rubber aging speed of double sphere rubber joint will make better effects. However, its draft is very complex, requires high technical, so the cost is very high, thus the application number is smaller than single sphere rubber joint.

 2.features of rubber joint

 1.Rubber joint can greatly reduce pipeline system shock and noise, and can fundamentally resolve pipe joints displacement, axial stretch and non-concentricity.
2. By using different materials, rubber joint can be made many kinds 
to cater for different medium and environment. Such as acid resistance, 
alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance and heat resistance etc.

3. The material is pure rubber, sealing is very good. It is in light weight, 
very easy for installation. Rubber joint has long life performance, but 
must be not contact with sharp metal instruments to avoid piercing 
the sphere. 

4. Rubber joint can be used for lift and transportation of raw water and sewage, transportation of water supply cooling cycle water thermal power ,condensate water of metallurgy industry and chemical industry.
