Sleeve type expansion joint is an indispensable device used for medium pipeline system, usually installed in the inlet of the hydraulic control valves and other equipment, and used to remove particulate impurities from the media, thus protecting the valve equipment normal use.

Features:

Sleeve type expansion joint is made up of cover, sleeve, limited short pipe and trapezoid sealing ring. It is used for water supply and drainage engineering, urban tap tap, pump room water meter and valve, and make them more convenient when installation and conversion, as well as play a good filling effect on the scaling problem of the long pipeline caused by temperature difference.

Installation note:

1. The installation length should be between the maximum and minimum length, and can be adjusted according to actual situation.

2. When installation, should loosen the pressure plate bolt, adjust good to install length, then tighten bolt diagonally, do not partial pressure, seepage effect.

3. The expansion pipe should be installed after the check valve.

4. If the sleeve type expansion joint is used aerially, corresponding fixed bracket should be installed on both ends of the joint, it itself is not under axial tension, so protection pulled off equipment is necessary.
