Product features:

● Most of the parts are made of galvanized steel, with higher anti-corrosion than normal cold rolled steel sheet. And the surface of outer bin utilizes a fibre plastic wood which is a new kind of environment friendly material, with superior weatherability and aging resistant, without deformation, depigmentation or clefts after a long time of outdoor use, service life is longer than high class timber.

● The upper cover is fabricated by a drawing die set, with a much higher strength than a welding process. It also avoids the corrosion of the joints caused by welding.

● The labels are anti-UV, wearproof, and lamination printed, colorful and durable, the fading ratio is 6.3% per 10 years, and service life is 15-20 years.

● The edges of dropping windows are folding turn edging, good looking and more safely, prevent of scratching the hands.

● Upper edge of the main case is wrapped by aluminum, which not only makes the product good looking with a better anti-corrosion, but also protects the surface from scraches. Meanwhile, it is easier to clean.

● Steel handle installed with the lock, convenient for opening the door.

● The bin will return automatically after cleaning.

Inner barrel: 

● Big volume of the inner barrel: the dimensions of the barrel are well utilized by scientifis design. The volume of the bin can reach 74.22 liters.

● Anti-corrosion of the inner barrel: inner barrel is made of engineered plastics, it is much better than galvanized sheet in resisting the erosion from acid and alkali, and protects the case structure from rust in the same time.

● Inflaming retarding of inner bin: flame retardant added in the material can help the bin from burning with fire of the rubbish.(expect the large fire)
