The D-01 rubbish bin is an attractive and practical bin which is well popular with customers from home and abroad.
Product features:
● The base material of the upper cover and the main box are made of electro-galvanized sheet, with higher anti-corrosion parameters than normal cold rolled steel sheet.
● The upper cover is fabricated by a drawing die set, with a much higher strength than a welding process. It also avoids the corrosion of the joints caused by welding.
● The bottom edge of the cover is a folding turn edging, which makes them more durable, and also prevents the possibility of scratching the hands by the cover edge when dropping rubbish.
● The main box is fabricated by punched molding partially, the panel of the box is reinforced by ribs, which makes the contour stable.
● The labels are anti-UV, wearproof, and lamination printed, colorful and durable, the fading ratio is 6.3% per 10 years, and service life is 15-20 years.
● The legs are draw punched by single part, and the leg touches the ground vertically by edge. It protects the legs from corrosion effectively while contacting the wet floor and greatly improves the service time.
● Rotating handle and axes make it easy to turn the box, and convenient for cleaning.
● The box will return automatically after clearing.
Inner barrel:
● The edge of the inner barrel is extra widened and touches the outer box seamlessly, to keep the objects of falling into the gap.
● Big volume of the inner barrel: the dimensions of the box are well utilized by scientific design. The volume of the bin can reach 72 liters, 1/3 bigger than normal ones.
● Anti-corrosion of the inner barrel: inner barrel is made of engineered plastics, it is much better than galvanized sheet in resisting the erosion from acid and alkali, and protects the case structure from rust in the same time.
● Inflaming retarding of inner bin: flame retardant added in the material can help the bin from burning with fire of the rubbish.(expect the large fire)
