The sealant is a kind of double-components cream. The component A is white polysulfide sealant, and the component B is black curing agent.The mix ratio can be from12:1 to 10:1.

The sealant is a netural substance, and the main charactistics as follows:

1. Non-toxic,no pollution,
2. Anti-mildew, anti-corrosion
3. Waterproof, good resistance to oil,acid,alkali
4. Tack free time is less than 24 hours. The waterproof test can be carried out at 7 days, and the maxium adhesion will retain unchanged in 28 days.

The polysulfide sealant is generally used for waterproof joint sealing or caulking in subway,tunnel,driveway,highway,bridge, natatorium, cistern, hydro powerstation, sewage treatment, water supply and drainage systems.

Instructions:

1. Clean the working surface, and make it dry.
2. Mix the component A and the component B by the ratio 12:1 to 10:1(in low temperature, you should use more component B, while at high temperature,it is converse ).  Mix the two components fully until the mixture is well-distributed and the color turns pure.
3. Inject the mixture into the joint by a sealant gun, then use trowel make the surface plain.
4. Use a piece of waterproof cloth(fabric) to keep the joint surface away from rain or water in 24 hours.

Remark: The mixture should be used up in two hours,otherwise it will become hard, which is not easy for injecting.
