II. WORK FLOW
Coil loading→ de coiling→ feeding & guiding→ centering→ slitting→ scrap
recoiling→ pre-separating & tensioning→ coil rewinding→ coil discharging
III. COMPLETE COMPONENTS
? DECOILER: single arm hydraulic expansion de coiler with hydraulic coil car
loading, expansion range: Φ 460-510mm (bushes for other specs),
capacity: max 10 tons. Coil will be loaded into de coiler by hydraulic lifting
coil car, and fixed by the expansion.
? FEEDING UNIT: mainly consists of base, glide block, pinch roll,
compaction parts, AC11KW adjustable speed motor, etc. Pinch roll for coil
feeding driven by motor power.
? ROLL TABLE: movable roll bridge driven by hydraulic power.
? CENTERING UNIT: mainly consists of work table, pole, movable plate,
vertical rolls, etc. The movable plate can be adjusted manually, used to
control the coil center.
? SILTTER: mainly consists of DC motor, transmission parts, blade shafts,
slitting blades, movable base frame, shaft press down unit, etc. Slitting
blades installed on the shaft and press down, blade shafts rotate driven
by DC motor to slit the coil.

? PRE-SEPARATING & TENSIONING UNIT: mainly consists of frame,
separate shaft, press-down shaft, separating plate, etc. It’s used to
tension and separate small coils.
? RECOILER: mainly consists of base, reducer, rewinding shaft, brake, DC
motor, transmission, etc.

2. Payment: T/T 30% down payment, the balance to be paid before

4. Reference document (in English): layout, circuit diagram and
operation manual
5. Installation: the technician can be sent for installation & operator
training at site, but the fee should be discussed separately
6. Operation training: Buyer’s operator training in our factory is free
7. Warranty: one year after test running
