A solid construction for lasting performance.
- Eight models from 24 to 980 liters.
- Inner casing is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel, bright polished.
- Outer casing is made of steel plate, finished with a tough stoved epoxy paint (white colour RAL9002).
- The walls and the door are insulated with glasswool, safe for users. The insulation is 70mm of glasswool and 10mm of empty space, ensuring efficient insulation, low external temperatures and excellent thermal stability.
- No contact between inner and outer casing and an optimised insulation minimise heat dissipation and provide a quick heating up.
The temperature control is operated by our own C3000 Controller.
The regulation guarantees the highest possible temperature stability. The temperature time fluctuation is less than few tenths of degree. Temperature controller is microprocessor based, we design and program it specifically to meet your requirements. It provides a high accuracy and prevents the set temperature from being exceeded and it offers all functions that users need. Digital LEDs display set and actual temperatures as well as remaining process time.
An independant over-temperature thermostat (class 3.1 protection), with a visual and sound alarm, cut out with an adjustable upper limit, your products and the oven.
