Product Description
DF-FD301H compound glucoamylase is high efficient glucoamylase that is thermostable under low pH conditions.
DF-FD301H does not contain transglycosidase so it has extremely high conversion rate.

Pullulanase activity: 1,100 HPAU/ml
Glucoamylase activity: 850 HGAU/ml
Appearance: brown liquid
PH: 4.0-4.5
Specific gravity: 1.07-1.12 g/ml
Pullulanase activity is expressed as HPAU, glucoamylase activity is expressed as HGAU, which are defined according to internal standards. Detailed methods can be provided.
Benefits
Glucose output over 96%
DF-FD301H can increase the saccharification efficiency in traditional process to achieve output over 96%. E.g., pH: 4.0-4.3, 60℃, 32% DS. Higher monosaccharide output results in increase of efficacy and output of fructos or crystal sugar.
Sacchrification can be done with higher dry matter condition
Application
1. Effect of pH on activity
The activities of glucoamylase and pullunanase are best match at 60℃ and pH 4.0-4.5 which to ensure the optimal activity of DF-FD301H.
2. Effect of temperature on activity
The activities of glucoamylase and pullulanase of DF-FD301H vary with thetemperature and are best between 58℃-65℃.
Dosage
1. The dosage of DF-FD301H vary with industry, materials and technological process, generally 0.55-0.85kg/ MT raw materials. Recommended conditions are 58℃-60℃, pH4.0-4.5.

DF-FD301H is packed as 25kg plastic drum.
Storing Conditions and shelf life
Shelf life of 6 months can be assured when stored in original package in cool and dry place with temperature at 25℃ and below.
