Features
1. KY667 is one-component semi-fluid RTV silicone sealant. It is an excellent adhesion of anti-aging, moisture-proof, Shockproof, strong viscosity, quickly dry and good electric insulation. This sealant is easy for operation and no pollution to the environment.
2. Neutral Curing and no corrosion to most of the metals
3. It is widely used in bonding plastic, ceramic plates, stainless steal, galvanization steel, oxygen- treatment metal, ABS, PVC, painting steel, aluminum product, glass, ceramic and wooden parts.
4. Strong viscosity, excellent tensile and pressure properties and not easy to brittle.
5. According with RoHS standard.

Usage
It is widely used in bonding and sealing the components of electronic device, lamp, automobile and home appliance. For the excellent strong viscosity it is also a good sealant to under water apparatus home appliance (such as to bonding panel and doorframe of microwave oven or to use to bonding the coil with baseboard of induction cooker, electric cooker, coffee maker, soybean milk machine, refrigerator, smoke machine disinfection cabinet, fan, remote, television, air condition), electronic toys, aircraft, automobile, communication equipment, windscreen of ship.

*All above mechanical properties and electrical properties data was tested after curing 7 days in 25℃ and 55％ relative humidity condition.

How to use
1. Clean: Cleaning out the dust, rust and greasy of the part surface.
2. Gluing: Take off the cap from the unit, put on the plastic month on it and cut the plastic month with a suitable size then press the glue onto the parts with hand or gluing tools. The cap must be put on and well sealed after using
Curing: Put the parts which finished gluing in a flat place, the glue would be cured from surface to interior, in 24 hours(room temperature and 55% relative humidity degree) the curing depth could be 2~4mm.But if the glue of the part are too thick to contact with air, the curing time will be longer. In low temperature and relative humidity the curing time will also be longer.

Notes
Put on the cap accordingly after using and storing in seal. If there is some crust in the mouth you should only clean it out then it could be used freely.

Storage
1. Store in 25℃ and shelf life is 6 months. After testing the adhesive could be cured in regulate time, it could also be used after 6 months
