1991 The former company ,Giant Food Processing Machinery Trading Co.,was established by Mr.Eric Chan.

1995 Polytruth Enterprisies Ltd .started operation."Giant Food "became a Trade mark of the company .At that time,the business market was moving from Hong Kong Local market to China market to China market as a result of booming economic in China.

1997 In order to meet the increasing Chinese market ,Polytruth Enterprises Ltd started to manufacture catering equipment by investing a new factory in China ,called jia Hong Food processing machinery Co.Ltd.Our first production included ER-250 slicer ,ER-T12mincer,ER-C100 ice crusher.

2003 In order to produce different kinds of catering equipment ,the company started to investenew factories to make professional catering equipment such as spiral mixer ,pizza oven ect,with well-know European strategy partners.
