Dongan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd was built in 1984 who's predecessor was Hebei Metallurgy Technology Development Company and was changed to be Hebei Dongan Precision Shaft Factory in 2000. It finished the share-holding system reform for the listed request in 2011. Now it is the earliest construction, the best quality and the largest scale specialized CWR manufacturer in China at present. The factory is located in National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Shijiazhuang with the registered capital of more than 60 million yuan and the fixed asset 330 million yuan and covers an area of 22,000 square meters and production area of 12,000 square meters. Main products are the various types of rough and rough turning stepped shaft on the commercial vehicle, passenger vehicle, agricultural machinery, hydraulic press, electric motor, engineering machinery, coal mine machinery, petroleum machinery, electric tools etc. In 2011, more than 1,800,000 pieces shafts in heavy duty truck gearbox, more than 200,000 pieces shafts in light duty truck gearbox,more than 500,000 shafts in car gearbox and more than 200,000 shafts in hydraulic and engineering machinery and others was produced and sold. It's accumulative total weight was more than 20,000 tons with annual production capacity of 4,0000 tons.
At present, we have 10 sets CWR mills including 2 sets H630, 3 sets H750, 2 sets H1000 and 3 sets H1200 which can produce the rotary stepped rough shafts like Φ10-Φ130mm and length of not more than 1200 mm; one 1600 tons friction press production line and Φ250 and Φ450 ring rolls each a production line can be process outer diameter of Φ80-Φ470mm and thickness of not more than 120mm disc type and other special-shaped forgings; 3 sets continuous isothermal normalizing furnaces with a normalizing capacity of 40,000 tons/year; 40 sets of CNC lathes with a annual rough processing capacity of 12,000 tons; 5 sets mold processing lathe with the ability of mold design and processing.
