Established in 2007, Juxinyuan Group is a collectivization company integrated with independent design, R&D, production and marketing. The Group now owns three subsidiaries, i.e., Shandong Fuhai Materials Co., Ltd , Shandong Julong Steel Co., Ltd and ROGO Industrial (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd.The Group’s scope of business covers galvanized steel plate (GI), galvalume (GL) and color coated steel plate (PPGI), which makes it one of the most influential domestic production and marketing enterprises of galvalume silicon steel plate and color coated steel plate.

The Group is located at Dianzi Industrial park, Boxing County, Shandong—the largest national steel plate production base, with convenient transportation, excellent business atmosphere and worship of good faith. The group now has 600 staff members, 200 of whom have at least college education background, and it is a large materials circulation enterprise integrated with trade and marketing both domestically and internationally. At present, the company possesses three most advanced GL production lines in China, with an annual production of 0.9 million tons; and two PPGI production lines, with an annual production of 0.24 million tons.

Recent years, Juxinyuan Group has been strongly supported by governments at all levels, making the enterprise flourish. In succession, the Group has won the titles of “Municipal Contract and Trustworthy Enterprise”, "Municipal Consumer Satisfied Organization" and "Municipal Credit Private Enterprise". In 2010, it won High-integrity Enterprise in Shandong issued by 14 bureaus or offices such as Shandong Economic and Information Committee, Shandong Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce, and Shandong Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
