SINGLE CABLE SUSPENDED GRAB
The single-cable grab is applicable for cranes equipped with only one lifting drum ( single hook ), it is free to open or close for load and unload materials, the whole machine is easy to operate and it can be used for underwater and ground operations for material grabbing and transfers.
Note: The grab has no air opening.
Work principle of single-cable grab
The opening and closure of single-cable grab is the cooperated movement of main elastic components, sliding mechanism and hook. During grabbing materials, the filled grab is transferred to material accumulation or above ground, the steel cable drops to make the sliding mechanism fall for distance, and pressure on grab from hook will disappear, due to the effect of spring on head, the grab will turn to go off hook, the driver re-lifts, and the jaw will open due to effects of lower separator and material dead load.

ELECTRIC SINGLE-TRACK GRAB CRANE
201,301, type electric single-track grab crane is a Dz12 fully automatic material grabbing whole device, it is mainly used to load and unload a large number of granule materials. The kind of crane can greatly increase the reload efficiency of loose granule materials, and the work performance of whole machine is reliable, and easy to operate, during lifting, the grab can be opened or closed, which completely avoid heavy physical labor. Therefore, the grabbing crane is widely used in port, station, coal plant, storage, building area, mining, power plant, coal washing pool, slag poor and the like. Note: the grabbing crane can be operated on ground or in operating room.
ELECTRIC MOTOR GRAB
The electric motor grab is mainly used on cranes equipped with self-owned switching mechanism for material load and unload at any height. Its productivity is higher than that of sing-cable grab and easy to operate and high in load and unload. It is applicable for grabbing various loose accumulations. During operating the grab, according to lifting height, cable winders are added for energy transport. Notes: the grab cannot be operated underwater.
Working principle of electric motor grab
The electric motor grab own switching mechanism of its own, and it has lots of types, our company equips the grab with standard electric block as switching mechanism. The motor grab can be considered that the closed drum is moved to the grab. Due to the closed motor grab without pull force from closure cable like four-cable grab, the whole dead load of grab entirely plays a role in excavation, for its huge grabbing force. It is used to grab hard materials as ores.
ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC GRAB
The electric hydraulic grab adopts electric and hydraulic mechanical techniques for large grabbing forces and high automation, and the product is on ideal load and unload tool for large materials as ores, pig iron, wasted iron, wastes and so on.
POLYP-TYPE GRAB BUCKET
The polyp-type grab bucket is mainly used for the load and unload of large wasted steel materials efficiently under execrable conditions, and has been widely used in port, railway, metallurgy, mining, building and the like, its structure has four types as sing-cable, two-cable, four-cable and electric types. The jaw can open and close respectively according to material shapes and sizes so as to help grab large materials, the quantity of jaw can be designed with 4-8 valvules according to material sizes and clients; requirements.
SCISSORGRAB BUCKET
The sclssor grab bucket works when two jaws close the swlvel, the sclssor grab bucket opens relying on the releasing steel cable of chain wheel near sclssor arm and frapping the bearing steel cable, and the close operation relles on flapping the steel cable of chain wheel group. Increasing force by lever principle to make jaw close to grab materials, whose closing force moment rises during closing, and it can grab materials completely with out leakage, and mainly be used on large bridge ship unloaded.
WOOD GRAB
The wood grab is mainly used in wood markets, large wooden products factories, papermaking plants, ports and so on to load, barge, log raft, load trucks, unpiling and the like, its structure includes single-cable, two-cable, four-cable and electric types, and it can also be designed and manufactured at the request of clients.
TWO-CABLE GRAB
The two-cable grab is applicable for cranes equipped with double lifting devices ( dingle cable ) structure, which is mainly used in port, dock and bridge construction. According to material characteristics, choose light, medium, heavy or over-heavy types of grabs for various loose accumulations.
Working principle of two-cable grab
All cranes are equipped with two groups of electrical machinery drums ( namely electric block ), and two steel cables are led out of each drum, of which, one cable forms a group rooted upon two ends of grab balancing stand as support, and the other one passes along chain wheels of upper separator and lower separator to form a chain wheel group for grab opening and closure.
During operation, the support steel cable lifts the grab to a proper position, then release the opening and closure steel cable, here, the dead load near lower separator forces the grab has been open to the max limit. When opening the grab, the centre assistance between upper separator chain wheel and lower separator chain wheel will increase, then the support steel cable fall down, make the opened grab to fall upon the loose accumulation, then , take the opening and closure steerl cables, and recover the centre distance between upper separator chain wheel and lower separator chain wheelk, thus the material grabbing course is completed. After the closed grab is filled with materials, lift the opening and closure steel cable, and the whole grab will be lifted, move the grab by travelling crane to the place where materials are unload, open the grab to put down materials.
FOUR-CABLE PAINAGRAB
Up serial Paina double-jaw grab is featured of novel shaping, logical structure, the rate of 1.5-1.92 between gabbed materials and grab dead load, filling degree of 95-100%, which is an ideal grab for loose granuie materials. Compared with traditional four-cable grab, the product owns characteristics as follows: The through beam is designed with abbreviated structure, fine strength and slight dead load; the lining material of main swivel is made of bearing steel, whose service lift is pronged 4-5 times. The cutting edge sheet is weld by overlaying techniques to enforce impulse force and abrasion strength. The chain wheel is sealed by multi-lay techniques to prevent dust and water in underwater operation. The commissural clearance between cutting edge sheet can reach 0.3-1mm to keep working place clean. The structure is hard to deform or stagger, the kind of grab can be designed with two cables.
FOUR-CABLEGRAB
Four-cable grab is mainly matched with bridge or door cranes with two groups of lifting drums to grab various loose accumulation for operations of load, unload, stores transfer and the like. According to material condifions and clients’ requirements, serial product types as toothed, parallel crossbeam opened and underwater operations can be designed.
Work principle of four-cable grab
All cranes are equipped with two groups of electrical machinery drums ( namely electric block ), and two steel cables are led out of each drum, of which, two cables form a group rooted upon two ends of grab balancing stand as suppolt, and the other group of steel cables pass along chain wheels of upper separator and lower separator to form a chain wheel group for grab opening and closure.
During operation, the support steel cable lifts the grab to a proper position, then release the opening and closure steel cable, here, the dead load near lower separator forces the grab taking the shaft of lower separator as center to open the grab, and the grab opens till the two otic placodes touch each, namely the grab has been open to the max limit. When opening the grab, the centre distance between upper separator chain wheel and lower separator chain wheel will increase, then the support steel cable fall down, make the opened grab to fall upon the loose accumulation, then, take the opening and closure steer cables, and recover the centre distance between upper separator chain wheel and lower separator chain wheel, thus the material grabbing course is completed.
