Cantilever cutters are mainly applied to drill hole 500mm-1000mm in diameter. They save space with unilateral bearings, and are also mounted at the center of RCD cutterhead to minimize out-of-balance force.

We manufacture 8" welded tooth Cantilever cutters and button cantilever cutters, which allow thrust force up to 60kN per cutter.

Cantilever welded tooth cutters are mainly applied to drill soft formations, and cantilever button cutters are mainly applied to drill medium hard formations.

Cantilever cutters are also applied in core barrels.
