Welded tooth cutters are mainly applied to drill medium hard and abrasive formations. We manufacture 8" and 12" welded tooth cutters in diameter.

• Cutter teeth are made from WCSA which has high wear resistance and welded on the cutter cone piece by piece manually. Cutter cones are forged with alloy steel and have high strength and toughness to prevent them from deformation and crash.
• Combined axial-radial roller bearings ensure the cutters have high operating loads, which allow a thrust force of up to 80kN for 8” tooth cutters, and140kN for 12” tooth cutters.
• The pressure compensated pistons will be assembled in cutters shaft in case of high pressure.
• Optimizing cutter profile and unique teeth arrangement ensures the cutters to reach maximum drilling efficiency.
• 8" tooth cutters are applied to drill holes 800mm—1400mm in diameter. 12" tooth cutters are applied to drill holes larger than 1400mm in diameter.
