SD series centrifuges are enclosed, intermittent operating centrifugal filtration machines which discharge at a different place. The centrifuge has a large capacity and the operation is simple, with high automatic control degree and good safety performance. The environment is clean and the maintenance and repair are convenient. The centrifuges are suitable for liquid-solid separation of flammable, explosive, poisonous and harmful suspensions; the solid phase of the suspension has high degree of looseness and the particle sizes are moderate (equivalent diameter is more than 0.05mm); the suspension is not easy for compressing; its liquid phase has low viscosity and the washing requirements for the materials are strict. The centrifuges are widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, mining and national defense industries.

Main features
  FVR (Frequency variable regulator) is used to control the main motor with infinite speed regulation and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) will be provided.
  Main control panel and ex-proof auxiliary local control panel are equipped with so that the operation can be carried out at two locations (local operation will take precedence);
  Braking resistor of braking unit will be provided for electric braking;
  The static electric conductive non-combustible narrow V-belt will be used as triangular belt to eliminate the possibility of producing electric spark and the whole operation procedure is explosive proof;
  The centrifuge is equipped with the devices for monitoring the opening of the cover, the vibrating, and the rotation speed;
  The whole separating process can be program settable according to the characteristics of the materials;
  The whole process is performed under the control of FVR, PLC and other executive elements.
