Introduction
It is a kind of automatic centrifugal filtration machine which is explosion proof, fully enclosed and program settable; and sanitary standard is satisfied.
This is a new type which is designed and manufactured fully in compliance with national GMP stipulations on pharmaceutical machines on the basis of SGZ series tri-pod bottom discharge centrifuges.

Main features
  Absolute leakage proof working process.
  Inner surface and external surface polishing treatment and free of dead leg. Round corner treatment is adopted. CIP cleaning device is provided. The centrifuge can be used for producing other products only after a simple cleaning.
  Optimum washing effect.
  No residual cake is left in the centrifuge after the discharging and there is no damage to the crystal.
  No foundation base. The traditional hanged type machine leg had been eliminated. The installation procedure has been simplified. The structure is simple with aesthetic appearance and the washing is easy.
  There is no bob-weight. For the selection of visco damper, a Germany professional company is entrusted to analyze and design dynamics and vibration mode. The high viscosity liquid damper can absorb all energy generated by the equipment due to vibration, so there is no vibration disturbance to the ground and surrounding equipment.
  The foundation plate is also the operation platform and the operation and maintenance are convenient.

Range of application
Bottom discharge. Can be classified into tripod type and flat plate type. Besides the general purposes, it specially suitable for liquid-solid separation of viscous, poisonous, harmful, flammable and explosive media and are mainly used for liquidsolid separation of raw materials, intermediates, and final products in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, national defense industries.
