Vegetable press use

This machine is suitable for extracting fresh grape skin pomace (the crushed and then separated by juice) and the juice of fermented grape skin pomace, sea buckthorn fruit, sweet sorghum and other fruits and vegetables containing certain fiber. It is the main equipment for larger fruit juice or fruit wine production enterprises. 

 

Fruit industry: grapes, sea buckthorn fruit, pineapple, sugar cane, banana stem, mangosteen, hawthorn and other fruits with more plant fiber.

Vegetable industry: Spinach, celery, ginger, green onion, papaya, bamboo shoots and other vegetables with more plant fiber.

Grain industry: wheat seedlings, sweet sorghum, sorghum stalks, corn residue and other materials containing more plant fibers

Feed industry: all kinds of alfalfa, grass, cattle and sheep feed.

Introduction of vegetable press: It is a double screw, and the screw is installed in the opposite direction to that of the conveying screw. The pressing force of the press on the material is large and uniform. The cone of the slag outlet is controlled by a hydraulic device or a spring. Adjusting the spring pressure can change the pressing effect on the material and adjust the juice yield. The effect will vary depending on the material. . The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. The machine consists of a frame, a transmission system, a feeding part, a juicing part, a spring (hydraulic system), a shield and an electrical system. The pressing screw rotates together with the main shaft, and the material conveying screw sleeve rotates in the opposite direction with the pressing screw on the main shaft. The size of the material outlet is controlled by the pressure spring, and the dry and wet slag discharge can be controlled at any time according to the requirements. 1.5 tons is driven by chain, and the other models are driven by gear.

How a vegetable press works

This machine is a continuous press for vegetable press. The screw is driven by the reducer to drive the transmission system. The pressing screw is connected by a key to rotate together with the main shaft: the conveying screw sleeve on the main shaft rotates in the opposite direction to the pressing screw. There is a feeding box on the body: a filter plate is installed in the box, and the vegetables are transported into the box, that is, part of the vegetable juice flows into the juice hopper at the lower part of the body through the filter plate, and the material is pushed by the conveying screw to the pressing screw, and then passes through the screw. The squeezed vegetable juice also flows into the juice hopper through the sieve cylinder and is discharged. The tail of the main shaft is equipped with a small sieve cylinder. Finally, the squeezed vegetable juice flows from the cone juice outlet pipe into the juice hopper through the small sieve cylinder. discharge between the end of the barrel and the cone. The outer end of the slag discharge cone is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder, and by rotating the handle of the pressure regulating valve on the cylinder, different pressing forces can be obtained, that is, the degree of dryness and wetness of the discharged vegetable residue.
