double screw press has two screw press, press screw and conveying screw installs the rotate to the opposite. The machine is suitable to the fibrous materials, such as grape, Chinese medicine residue, paper pulp, sea buckthorn fruit, and other fruits, vegetable, plant leaves, etc.
The squeeze pressure is big and balance when machine is working, cone-shaped body at taphole is controlled by cylinder and spring; adjusting the oil pressure or spring pressure can change the squeeze effect to material, so that to adjust juice yield. The juice yield is different according to different kind of material. The parts which contact with material is made by stainless steel. Squeezing screw rotates with main shaft, conveying screw on the spindle and rotates on the contrary direction to the squeezing screw. Piston oil pump provides oil to hydraulic system, the overflow valve can be adjusted by the pressure, so that to control the pressure. Two oil cylinder are fixed on the supporting seat at tail, the material outlet diameter can be controlled by piston’s stretch out, so that residue’s humidity can be adjusted accordingly.
