FA-09, Colloidal anhydrous calcium sulfate as a calcium salt coagulant, it is mainly used in protein, alginate, calcium-sensitive low-methyl pectin, calcium-sensitive Carrageenan, Konjac powder (konjac gum) and agar to make gel food. It is suitable for reusing the product after long-term storage.
