FD-08 Colloidal calcium sulfate dihydrate as a calcium salt coagulant, it is mainly used in protein, alginate, calcium-sensitive low-methyl pectin, calcium-sensitive Carrageenan, Konjac powder (konjac gum) and agar to make gel food. Applicable to the use of water on-site products without special requirements.
