1、    Description

KC-GZ series thermal conductive grease is a silicone-based thermal grease for in high performance CPU’s and GPU’s, can effectively reduce the contact thermal resistance between the radiator and a heat source. It has a superior wetting characteristics, resulting in a very low thermal resistance and excellent long term reliability. It has very excellent weather resistance, can be used in -50 ℃ ~150 ℃ temperature for a long time. Meets RoHS compliant.

5、    Using Method

Cleaning the surface of the electronic component to be coated; then directly extruding the thermal conductive grease to uniformly coat the surface of the electronic component. Note that the construction surface should be applied evenly, only a-thin layer.
Remarks: If the caulk thickness greater than 2mm, it is recommended to use selection of Kaichao’s KC-P thermal conductive pad.

7、    Storage : Store in a cool and dry place, storage period of 1 year (below 25℃).
