1、 Description
KC-PF series high-strength thermal conductive pad adopted with strengthened fiberglass based compound material, with high mechanical strength, to meet the high pressure, high-frequency vibration impact, tearing and a wide variety of applications. It has nature inherent tack, does not corrode the metal surface, and has good thermal stability and can be used for a long period of time. Meets RoHS, REACH, halogen and other environmental requirements.
