Go Green color asphalt sealer coating is an innovative silicone based eco-friendly coloring coating for asphalt pavement, it can directly spray on the traditional black asphalt road to change beautiful color or spray on the color asphalt road to improve the brightness and prolong the road service time. Color asphalt sealer coating provides additional resistance to abrasion, and prevents against the harmful effects of sunlight and oxidation. It extend asphalt pavement life, reduces maintenance costs, and beautifies the pavement.

Mechanism of Action

1. The polymer component in color asphalt sealer has good aging resistance, and the polymer base component has good compatibility with the asphalt in the mixture, and has good viscosity and toughness, can effectively seal the crack of the underlying black asphalt pavement.

2. The active silicone polymer component in color asphalt sealer has high viscosity and strong water repellency, and can directly infiltrate into the asphalt mixture. The presence of silicone improves the adhesion of aggregate in asphalt mixture. It can effectively reduce separation of the aggregate and the looseness of the mixture due to moisture.

3. The aromatic compound added to color asphalt sealer can supplement aromatic component which has already been oxidized in the original asphalt, effectively improve the activity of the asphalt in the lower black asphalt mixture. And the surfactant added in the material greatly reduces tension of the curing agent surface.  Thus improves the permeability of the material on the one hand, and improves the compatibility of the curing agent with the original asphalt on the other hand, so that the curing agent can enter the interior of the asphalt oil film wrapped with the aggregate, thereby fully exerting its high viscosity, water repellency and reduction function, fundamentally improve the adhesion between the aggregates in the mixture.

Go Green color asphalt sealer coating can be widely used for black asphalt pavement change to color asphalt pavement, or spray on the color asphalt pavement to make the function of improving brightness and extend the road service time.

The dosage is 0.2-0.5kg/m2, the actual amount is determined by the structural depth and void ratio of the road surface

Change black to color asphalt pavement dosage: 0.5kg/m2

Change color to color asphalt pavement for maintenance, dosage is 0.2kg/m2

Construction:

1. Seal well and store in dry and cool place, shelf life unopen 2 years

2. During the storage and transportation period, the materials may have few precipitation phenomenon, its normal, stirring uniformly before construction

3. Rapid construction could be work for temperature is above 10℃, the road surafce should be dry, solid and clean

4. Mechanical spraying or manual spraying are applicable, if using spraying gun, the spraying gun injector height should be less than 25cm to the ground

5. After construction, it should need some maintenance time, generally the accepting time is within 1 day
