Characteristics:
  1. Under stirring system of newly designed applied to this pot. This design has solved problems from the above stirring system, which caused the waste oil dripping, difficulty in discharging materials and inconvenience in washing. It has taken  a leading position in the domestic industry.
  2. The unique gear reducer applied to the mixing system, which effectively improves the service life of the mixing system.
  3. The pot body adopts entire insulation structure so that heat loss reduced and energy saved.
  4. Cooking temperature can lower during the cooking period under vacuum environment. It is very suitable to cook the heat sensitive material because of original color, smell & flavor of the raw material. The moisture in the material can be extracted by vacuum pump, so the cooking time will be reduced.  
  5. Sight glass set on the lid with demisting function. There is a lamp at 90° direction inside the lid. If necessary, the lamp can be turned on so that you can see the inner space of pot during the cooking.
  6. Hydraulic tilting discharging system installed and the pot can be tilted to 90° for material discharging. Intelligence touch screen designed and weighing device be optional.
