Characteristics:
  1. Steam applied to heat the water of sterilization line. Good performance of sterilization can be reached due to the water properties. The sterilization temperature is low, not more than 100℃, so the flavor and nutrients of the food cannot be damaged.
  2. Three layers structure in the sterilization line, the working space can be fully utilized so as to get a maximum efficiency.
  3. Made of stainless steel. Clean and sanitary. Long service life. The transmission part is made of fully SUS304 stainless steel. The bearings are acid and alkali resistant.  
  4. Entire insulation structure installed outside the sterilization line, can prevent heat loss effectively. This can save energy and also avoid scald when worker operates.
 

Application:
  Used to pasteurize the stuffing after packed so as to extend the shelf life of the stuffing.
