Working pressure is 3000 -5000 PSI; the working temperature can reach 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Soft seal mud gate valve inner parts contain 316 stainless steel wedge disc, valve stem and nitrile rubber seat. Available in a nickel steel wedge disc, Monel wedge disc and aluminum bronze wedge disc. Seat contains fluorine rubber seat and hypalon rubber seat.303 stainless steel stem.

All the different pressure levels of the flange connection of soft seal mud gate valve are according to the API 6A flange dimensions.

The valve rod design is small torque and easy to open & close. The stem can be given a permanent lubrication, stem and stem nut through the support ring to achieve high and low pressure seal.
